Condiciones de uso

The platform

FUTStars and CareerModeStars are an independent football game database and community platform. Accounts, saved content and challenge journals share one account. These terms apply when you use the platform.

Your account

Use an email address you control. Keep login links private and do not share access to your account. You are responsible for the content you submit and the visibility you choose. Your login email is stored encrypted for account access and support. Accepting these terms does not subscribe you to marketing.

Pro, ranks and promotional codes

Pro grants access to the features identified in your account for the stated period. An administrator grant or promotional code does not create a paid subscription or automatic renewal. Codes may have an expiry, use limit and one-use-per-account condition. A valid temporary code extends existing temporary Pro. Profile ranks are labels and do not grant administrator permissions. Misuse, resale or automated guessing of codes is not permitted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Newsletters and partner links

Newsletters require a separate voluntary choice from an authenticated account aged 16 or over. You can withdraw it in your profile or via the unsubscribe link without losing your account. We do not sell email lists or share them for other companies’ independent marketing. Partner links show their destination and commercial disclosure before you continue. Their presence does not guarantee a product, result or saving.

Community rules

Keep discussions respectful and relevant. Do not post harassment, threats, personal information about others, spam, scams, unlawful content or material you do not have permission to use. Do not submit cheats, stolen game files, misleading affiliations or unsafe download links.

Your content

You keep your rights to your original content. By submitting it, you give the platform a non-exclusive permission to store and display it as needed for the features and visibility you select. You confirm that you have the necessary permissions. Public content may be copied or shared by other visitors. Unlisted links and codes may be forwarded.

Challenges

Results and screenshots in your journal are self-reported. A completed journal is not a verified competition result. No prize, monthly award or creator endorsement is promised unless a separate published set of competition rules expressly says so. Starting a challenge does not enter you into a prize draw.

Moderation and appeals

Administrators may review, restrict or remove content and suspend creator publication access when there is a reason to believe these rules or another person’s rights have been breached. You can ask for an explanation or a review through the contact form. Deleted comments cannot be restored by moderation.

Data and external projects

Ratings, availability, club relationships and game compatibility may change. Squad lineups marked as suggested are generated from available player data. External project links are operated by their own authors. Check the original source before relying on its information or installing anything.

AI-assisted challenges

Where enabled, we use public YouTube video titles and descriptions to propose original challenges. AI concepts are labelled and saved privately for review. They are not verified transcripts or exact reproductions of a video and do not imply endorsement by a creator.

Changes and your rights

Features and these terms may change as the platform develops. Material changes will be identified with an updated notice. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply to you. Contact the operator if you disagree or want to close your account.
